Allium is an intimate neighborhood restaurant. Chefs Pascal Chureau and Ian Ragsdale offer local, sustainably conscious epicurean plates featuring New American and European cuisines.
Allium takes its inspiration from the small, bustling village bistros of France, and the native, pure food of Oregon. Chefs Pascal and Ian join in a great love and awe of the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest, and a mutual need to create delicious and unpretentious food. Daily fare focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from local farmers and purveyors.
My husband and I have had several memorably excellent dinners at Allium. We’re still talking about the fabulous steaks we had there a month ago. I’ve also met friends there for happy hour and their selection of “smaller” menu items are generous enough for a full meal with all the taste, quality and creativity as their full menu.
I recommend Allium highly for the special events in your life – or, for any time!
Excellent food! Authentic cuisine with local ingredients. Happy hour is terrific!
Just like a little bit of Paris in my own back yard. No need to go all the way to Portland any more for an excellent dining experience.
