What You Do
World HeARTs offers unique handcrafted gifts, fashion, décor, and global foods from Fair Trade makers around the globe. We, and our partners, put the people who make our products and our planet before profits. Everything we carry ensures sustainability and ethical business practices are #1.

How Long You’ve Been Here
We launched World HeARTs in 2017 as a pop-up boutique showing artisan works at bazaars and festivals. We opened a location in Oregon City in 2018 and relocated to our current Historic Willamette location in August of 2022.

What Makes You Unique
Every purchase has a real human story. World HeARTs’ mission is about connecting the makers to our customers—we consider ourselves the bridge. Each item is sourced from fair-trade artisans and makers around the world, many from marginalized communities, ensuring dignified work, fair wages, and cultural preservation. Customers aren’t just buying products—they’re supporting livelihoods.

Something People Might Not Know
Our products come from over 35 different countries, made by hundreds of artisan co-ops, supporting thousands of makers.

Your Favorite Part
We love seeing our customers’ eyes light up when they make a connection to a product or when we help them find that “perfect” gift for the hard-to-buy-for person on their list.

Why Willamette
In 2020, we began participating in the Holiday Markets and the Wednesdays in Willamette Summer Street Market as a vendor. From the start, we felt an immediate connection to the customers and the spirit of the community. When it came time to look for a permanent location, Willamette was, hands down, our first choice.

Community Connection
Historic Willamette Main Street is a wonderful organization that hosts a wide range of local events that support local businesses while bringing energy and vibrancy to the community and residents—from the Summer and Holiday Markets to the Old Time Fair Parade, wine walks, cultural events, and more.

Memorable Experience 

When a customer became emotional after learning about the women makers behind our Sari products. She said, “I love knowing my purchase truly matters.” That moment reminded me why we opened World HeARTs. We wanted to not only give our artisan partners a new outlet, but we wanted to give our customers an opportunity to "Shop with Intention and Gift with Purpose".
