Welcome to the Willamette Business District, Chicago Title!
It was a great afternoon in the Willamette Business District as we celebrated one of our newest businesses, Chicago Title, with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on October 1!
The Chicago Title team welcomed us into their beautiful new office at 1914 Willamette Falls Drive, Suite 160, where local business and community members gathered to help celebrate their new West Linn location.
After the official ribbon cutting, everyone had a chance to tour the new office, meet members of the Chicago Title team, and enjoy a celebratory toast.
Meet Chicago Title
Chicago Title provides title and escrow services for real estate transactions, working with buyers, sellers, real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and others throughout the process of buying and selling property.
While much of the work of a title company happens behind the scenes, it is an important part of a real estate transaction. Title and escrow professionals help research property ownership and title history, identify potential title issues, provide title insurance, and coordinate the escrow and closing process.
We are excited to have the Chicago Title team providing these services right here in the Willamette Business District!
A Community Welcome
One of the things we love most about ribbon cuttings is the opportunity they give our community to come together and welcome a new business.
A special thank you to the local businesses who joined us for the celebration, along with City of West Linn Community Development Director Steve Koper and West Linn City Councilor Kevin Bonnington, who came out to help us welcome Chicago Title to the district.
Supporting a thriving downtown isn't just about attracting new businesses—it's also about making sure those businesses feel connected to the community once they arrive. We appreciate everyone who took time out of their afternoon to be part of the celebration.
Congratulations to the Chicago Title team and welcome to the Willamette Business District! We are glad you're here!
