I got my hair done by Trenda and I LOVE IT! It was my first time dying my hair so I was very nervous. She took the time to listen to my preferences and concerns, making me feel valued and understood throughout the process. I felt comfortable and at ease in the salon environment. The final result was exactly what I envisioned, and the whole experience was a boost to my confidence. After my appointment she checked up on me to see if I had any concerns, questions or thoughts on my hair. She is very kind and amazing at what she does, I can definitely see that she is not only there to perform her job but genuinely cares about the way she makes the customer feel.
