I’ve been seeing Abigail at Elle Society since 2018, and I can’t recommend her and her salon enough! Abigail is a true professional—highly trained and constantly pursuing new educational opportunities, not just for herself but as a mentor to others as well. She’s incredibly skilled, but what really sets her apart is her integrity, directness, and kindness. I initially came to Abigail struggling with hair loss issues, and she has been a creative force in transforming my look. She took me from blonde to a beautifully curated, natural-looking redhead, and I’ve never received more compliments on my hair color! I always appreciate her honesty; if I have an idea that might not be the most flattering, she’ll tell me the truth and guide me toward the best decision. One of the things I admire most about Abigail is her commitment to excellence. For example, when we first went red, my hair pulled the color darker at the roots than at the ends. Despite having spent six hours on my hair and extensions, she insisted I come back (free of charge) to fix the color until it was perfect. This level of care and dedication is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons I trust her completely. The entire team at Elle Society is fantastic. I’ve also had a great experience with Trenda when Abigail was on maternity leave. The girls at Elle Society truly take care of you and ensure you leave their salon feeling your absolute best.
