It is our hope that you will consider investing in your community through the Friends of Historic Willamette Main Street program. 

Historic Willamette Main Street serves as a liaison between the Willamette Business Community, the City of West Linn, local & regional economic development and tourism groups as well as the nonprofit sector since 2010.  We are part of a national movement formed to improve the quality of life in small town America and to invigorate the economic health of the Historic Main Street central business district.  We help to preserve our city’s cultural identity through the continuing development of our downtown using four point approach including: Economic Vitality, Promotions, Design and Outreach/Organization.

This program represents program/operational sponsorship from businesses, families and individuals within our community who are seeking to impact the progression of our downtown by providing a financial contribution.  Funding from this program will bolster our program opportunities to enhance our downtown that would otherwise be out of reach. 

Contributions allow our program to host successful special events, provide professional assistance to small business owners, create strategic plans for the development of our downtown district, provide funding for our children’s Power of Produce program and protect our heritage and cultural identity as a community.

- This level and above will receive a free Holiday Wreath (Donor can decorate wreath and it will be hung in the Willamette Business District if business is not located within the district)

We are a 501c6 organization.  We are not a membership organization and do not require businesses in the Historic Willamette Business District to participate in the Friends of Historic Willamette Main Street program in order to receive help or advocacy from our organization.
